Our Annual Company Retreat 2024: At the end of August, we had an incredible retreat in Hamburg as part of our yearly tradition of exploring new destinations together. It was the perfect blend of team building, relaxation, and memorable experiences. From a captivating Kiez tour to a relaxing evening at a beach club and dancing into the night, there was something for everyone. The highlight was a harbor tour showcasing Hamburg’s maritime charm, followed by a delicious dinner and a cozy evening. Our retreats are a fantastic way to connect with colleagues, old and new, in a fun and relaxed setting. Can’t wait for next year’s adventure! Are you in?

The application process at DatamedIQ

1. Application

We look forward to receiving your application! Select the desired position and click on “Apply for this position”. Please send us your CV, a cover letter with your salary expectations and your possible starting date.

2. HR Call

Our HR Manager Claudia will have a 15-minute phone call with you to see if we are a good fit.

3. Skills Call

In an approximately 45-minute telephone or team interview, the responsible manager or our CEO Dominique will get to know your professional skills and assess the extent to which you fit the advertised position.

4. Interview Day

If you progress further in the process, we will invite you to an application day in our office (approx. 3-4 hours). You will get to know the responsible manager, our HR manager and the DatamedIQ team. Depending on the position, there will be a practical task followed by a short presentation.

5. Job Offer

If we agree to work together, you will receive a job offer shortly afterwards. As soon as everything has been agreed, you finalize it with your signature.

6. Welcome

We prepare your start at DatamedIQ with the pre-onboarding process. On your first day, you can expect an exciting welcome day where you will be given an overview of the entire company. Over the following week(s), you will get to know various departments. We will support you during the onboarding process with regular feedback sessions.
