Our annual company retreat 2024: At the end of August, we experienced an incredible retreat in Hamburg as part of our tradition of exploring new destinations every year. It was the perfect mix of team building, relaxation and unforgettable experiences. From an exciting neighborhood tour to a relaxing evening at the beach club to dancing into the night, there was something for everyone. The highlight was a harbor tour, where we were able to experience Hamburg’s maritime charm up close. We rounded off the evening with a great meal and a cozy finale. Our retreats offer a fantastic opportunity to connect with new and familiar colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. We are already looking forward to next year’s adventure! Are you joining us?

Here’s a look back at our 2022 retreat, when we were still a smaller team and enjoyed a relaxed 3-day retreat in the Netherlands. It was a time of growing together, great conversations and lots of fun – the perfect foundation for the growth and adventures that were to follow!
Social Day – doing good together
Once a year, we get actively involved in the community – on Social Day! We have already spent a great day at the municipal senior citizens’ center in Cologne Sülz three times. We work together there: Planting flowers, tending beds and making the outdoor area fit for winter. 🌿🌻
It is always a pleasure to see how the place is transformed and how warmly we are welcomed by the senior citizens. A day full of commitment, smiles and real impact. Join us next time!

The application process at DatamedIQ
1st application
We look forward to receiving your application! Select the desired position and click on “Apply for this position”. Please send us your CV, a cover letter with your salary expectations and your possible starting date.
2. first acquaintance
Our HR Manager Claudia will have a 15-minute phone call with you to see if we are a good fit.
3. aptitude interview
In an approximately 45-minute telephone or team interview, the responsible manager or our CEO Dominique will get to know your professional skills and assess the extent to which you fit the advertised position.
4th application day*
If you progress further in the process, we will invite you to an application day in our office (approx. 3-4 hours). You will get to know the responsible manager, our HR manager and the DatamedIQ team. Depending on the position, there will be a practical task followed by a short presentation.
5th job offer
If we agree to work together, you will receive a job offer shortly afterwards. As soon as everything has been agreed, you finalize it with your signature.
6. welcome on board
We prepare your start at DatamedIQ with the pre-onboarding process. On your first day, you can expect an exciting welcome day where you will be given an overview of the entire company. Over the following week(s), you will get to know various departments. We will support you during the onboarding process with regular feedback sessions.
