With the latest update, you can now configure the Persona Insights dataset directly within the Custom Download section. At the same time, the KPI dropdown has been moved to the main navigation bar, meaning your selection now automatically updates the entire page rather than only individual sections.

Persona Insights now available in Custom Download

You can now select, configure, and export the Persona Insights dataset directly in the Custom Download area, in addition to downloading it from the Persona Insights Performance view. Up to 36 months of historical data are available.

Unlike the previous export, the Custom Download allows you to filter by ATC, Custom Markets, products, product groups, brands or companies. You can also decide which dimensions should be included in your export.

Dimensions that are always included (mandatory):

Month, PZN, Persona name, Persona gender, Persona age bucket.

Dimensions that are optional:

Pack, Product, Brand, Company, ATC classes (1–4) with descriptions, as well as Sales rAVP, Sales APU, and Units.

After configuring your dataset, you can download it as a single CSV or Excel file or as a split version.

Global KPI dropdown in the main navigation bar

Previously, KPI selection was spread across different areas of a page, which often resulted in inconsistent KPIs being displayed in separate sections. From now on, you will find a single KPI dropdown in the main navigation (see image 1).

Once you select a KPI, all connected views update automatically – without additional selectors in individual modules. The global KPI selection is available in OTC Insights, Persona Insights, and Key Account Insights.
